Every time I have ever gone to the Warehouse store I am greeted and taken care of quickly. They always have what I`m looking for and at a good price too.

The warehouse is extremely clean and well organized. There are many employees around to help and the ones that helped me were well informed about the merchandise that is there. I am very pleased with my visits to the Waterbury store.

Everyone that works there are always so helpful to answer any questions I may have. They take the time to discuss with me my needs when I’ve asked for advice on equipment, or what I will need to make an event run smoothly and efficiently. They are fair in their prices and never try to sell me something I may not need. In one instance they told me I could save money if I bought a similar item that they had on sale. I recommend them highly. I’ve been going there for years because of this.

I have shopped here for 25 years for my Chocolate(and used to be ice cream) business...they always have what I need and the major appliances I bought 25 years ago are still running great....The prices are far better than the major restaurant businesses and why not support a family owned business...shop local is always best...that is how we all stay in business...with very satisfied customers and great customer service..thanks for everything

Everything was good

Very competitive prices; quick shipping. The new 'PLUS' plan is quite good, if a company orders regularly. Suggestion: add more qualified items items to the PLUS system. Also, like the 're-order option' for items previously purchased.....a real time-saver. The product descriptions are accurate. Would recommend WR to other people and companies.
