The Staff is courteous and helpful. They have even special ordered items for me. The store is clean and orderly and well stocked. Pricing is good and usually better than Costco. We are thrilled they have opened in Waterbury!

I purchased a steamer from these guys and paid almost half. It has been a great steamer and looked and has performed like brand new since we got it. I definitely will go to them for any kitchen equipment I need.

We have purchased items from both the online warehouse in Waterbury as well as in the Cranston store. We have received very prompt and helpful service at both locations. The prices and the equipment that they offer are very good.We are just starting to get our new commercial kitchen equipped and we will not hesitate to purchase additional equipment and supplies from restaurant supply store again. The only con we have is their website does not due them justice for the amount and selection of the large equipment and smaller supplies that they actually carry. We were very impressed when we actually went to the Cranston store location and saw so many other items and purchased some things that day.
