I was in the market for a commercial cook and hold oven and found that Warehouse Restaurant Deals had the oven I was looking for. I called them, asked several questions about the Alto Shaam model for sale and they immediately answered my questions and texted me useful photos. 20 minutes later, I placed the order with them for my new oven. I'd use these guys again next time I need something in the commercial kitchen industry.
