I subscribed to WaqarZaka.net two months ago and have never been given access to the content or services I paid for. I followed the email and every time I try to login I get invalid email error. Forgot password is also not working. I have been getting charged for it every month and I cannot cancel the subscription either, the only thing I can do now is to deactivate my CC and get a new one. I tried reaching out multiple times on insta and support email, but received no response at all. To make matters worse, Waqar Zaka himself posted on Insta stating that there is no support team and no one will respond to emails, which means paying customers are essentially left in the dark. I work in IT and know for sure the website is poorly developed and there are some bugs. Instead of holding his team accountable he is blaming the paying customers. This is incredibly unprofessional and unethical. I’ve now reported the issue to my bank and filed a chargeback for non-delivery of services. This website feels like a cash grab with no intention of fulfilling what was promised. I strongly urge others to avoid WaqarZaka.net — don't waste your time or money. I am also writing this review after multiple attempts to contact him and waiting for almost two months.
