the information and content is great, but it is hard to access most of it. Providing the content intensively over a few days means it is difficult for me, as a parent, a caregiver, a business owner and entrepreneur to attend or view all of the sessions. Even though the videos are available for a few more days, it has proven impossible for me to access all the presentations in the last 2 years of the event. commonly, a summit or intensive course like this will be fewer presentations per day, with a longer run time for the entire event, and then the content is accessible for a longer period of time before we are locked out.

Hi Grant, Thank you for attending Rock Your Profitable, Sold-Out Retreats. I also understand that a multi-day intensive can be difficult to complete when you are juggling parenting, caregiving, business ownership, and everyday life. Many of our participants are in the same position, which is why we provide access to the sessions during the event and for several days afterward, giving attendees 10 full days to watch the content. This event includes more than 20 hours of retreat business education, coaching, and support, and we make it available starting at a $1 donation so retreat leaders can receive high-level training regardless of their current budget. For those who know they need more time, we also provide a simple option to keep lifetime access to the recordings for $100, so they can move through the material at their own pace. The event is intentionally content-rich because creating successful, safe, profitable, transformational retreats requires more than a few surface-level tips. We cover retreat design, pricing, marketing, monetization, legal considerations, and delivery because our goal is to give participants a meaningful education. I’m sorry the replay window didn’t work for your schedule, and I do appreciate the feedback. At the same time, we do our best to balance accessibility, affordability, and sustainability for a very robust event that requires significant time, energy, and team support to produce.
