I just completed the Rock Your Profitable Sold Out Retreat 3-day event, (May 6 to 8 plus two extra days with the last day May 13), and I have to say—it was an absolute game changer. For the past 10 years, I’ve dreamed about leading retreats. But instead, I found myself hosting events, running coaching sessions, and delivering workshops—without realizing that I was actually moving further away from what it truly means to be a retreat leader. This training opened my eyes in ways I never expected. It completely shifted my perspective and gave me the clarity, tools, and inspiration I’ve been searching for all these years. What I learned in just three days has done more to move me toward my dream than the last decade combined. One of the biggest revelations for me was understanding the true difference between a workshop and a retreat—and why they can actually be opposite in nature. Workshops are typically short, content-heavy, and location-independent. Their focus is on delivering information efficiently in a condensed timeframe. Retreats, on the other hand, are immersive, transformational experiences that require time, space, and intentional alignment between the location, the theme, and the inner journey of the participants. A retreat invites people to slow down, disconnect from their daily lives, and engage in deep personal growth. It’s not about cramming in more knowledge—it’s about facilitating meaningful change, healing, and connection in an environment that supports that process. The energy and purpose of a retreat are fundamentally different from the quick-hit, results-driven nature of a workshop. Realizing this distinction was like flipping a switch in my mind—I finally understood why my heart was never fully in the events I had been running. They weren’t retreats—and I was meant to lead retreats. I am beyond grateful to Sheri Rosenthal and her incredible team for creating such a powerful, insightful, loving and beautifully delivered experience. It has truly been exceptional and I have loved every moment of it. And I’m deeply thankful to God for leading me to this moment—because I truly believe it was divinely orchestrated. If you are serious about becoming a stand-out, world-class retreat leader, I wholeheartedly recommend this training. It’s not just information—it’s transformation.

Sheri provided an incredibly valuable blueprint to help me start planning my own retreat—from sharing her personal resources to highlighting key areas to focus on, she truly set me up for success. I enjoyed the event indeed. Got to know things about pricing that didn’t come to my mind before; for example that some organizers end up losing money with retreats instead of making it. My business at this stage in time is more like a hobby, but nevertheless I’m going to implement some of the advises that Sheri gave so generously: how to use free strategies to generate leads, how to price the event, 7-11-4 rule… Sheri really inspired me to create my first event sooner rather than later.
