Thanks to your experience, we have now improved our policies and solutions for our customers. First, we have changed our suppliers so we now manufacture good quality boots. Not only that, we have also, on mid 2023, achieved better return processes so that it's more simple for customers to return items in case they don't want to keep the received item.

On 2023, we now offer better return processes to our customers, so in this way, customers can have better resolutions to their problems and also, we have improved our product information so that every customer is informed about the item they are purchasing.
