Horrible and pathetic experience.
So, I got insurance with Wanda by Avios. Stay away from this! They literally, don't answer anything. There's no way to contact them, and their claims never get solved. Stay away from this insurance company. I've had a claim with them for 3 months. I've got zero updates, zero communication, just nothing at all. I'm going to submit a formal complaint against them. You've been warned!
