Bad experience from start to «finish»
Bad experience from start to «finish». They add extra costs for everything, and even when we payed for insurance and wrapping they refused to pay for an expensive mirror they broke stating «we shouldn’t store fragile things with them». They also broke a big table, three chairs and a drawer. In addition they didn’t deliver everything back and now they don’t respond to emails and just hang up the phone. Absolute worst customer service I’ve seen in years.
