Never again! I mailed a prescription from the post office on the day I placed my order. They said they didn't receive it, so the vet faxed it yesterday afternoon. I called today to see the status; it's been received but has not been processed in the pharmacy. That can be 48 hours and then they will mail it. I thought it would be like chewy, so I thought I could wait a few days. We are going on a week and it has not even been processed. Unless you don't need it within weeks, get your meds elsewhere.

Worse place ever! ordered medication for a new pet due to promise of 2 day shipping that was on Feb 24. Still had not arrived over 10 days later. Order was delivered to WRONG address and kind neighbor brought the order to me on 3/6. Called customer service person I spoke to could barely speak English and kept hanging up on me. FINALLY Got him to understand that the order was being returned. WHAT A HASSLE! DO NOT ORDER from this place!!!!! 2 day shipping is a joke and so is their customer service!

Two day shipping??? False advertising. The first time they told me that that means it would arrive two days AFTER they ship it. That’s is crazy. Two day shipping typically means you will get an order two days after you order it. On the next order it shipped on the third day and then wasn’t due to arrive 5 days later. How in the world is any part of this two day shipping. False advertising. Never order from them if you are in any type of hurry.

first time and last time ordering from walmart petrx. i placed an order on 1/22, and needed to received the meds by 2/1. received an email several days later, on 1/26, from customer service telling me i had to confirm the shipping and billing addresses because they were different. never had to do this with any other business, ever. i called customer service back to confirm on 1/28 and of course they confirmed it wouldn't arrive by 2/1 like i needed. i expressed my disappointment, because again, never had to deal with a situation like this before. so, the customer service rep offered expedited shipping to help. i accepted and then he immediately took it back because now the medication was now sold out. so, of course i'm pissed because if they just would have shipped my order when i placed it, instead of wasting an entire week, my dog would have the meds she needs for her liver. pissed is an understatement.

Terrible place to go for your beloved pets!! They advertise 2 day shipping but it's really a week or more to get your order, even after shipping it's more than 3 days to get it. Your pet will be without much needed medicine and no one cares or responds when you contact them.

They are Robbing me!! I did not authorize the payment they put on my card and contacted them as soon as I saw it. They won't cancel the order THEY PLACED WITHOUT MY PERMISSION!!

Pet Rx are inconsistent in sending out Rx. They’re rude. I was sent the wrong medication. It was for someone else’s pet. And when I called they were not too worried. And did not follow through with the resolution they worked out with me. Now after complaining about how catastrophic their mistake could have been to my elderly pet. I’m having to wait over 10 days for my order. This has not been waiting on vet approval. So I would go with a more reputable company who stands behind their 100% satisfaction guarantee. They don’t care about customer satisfaction at all. I can’t believe Walmart is connected at all.
