I was checking online pet pharmacy prices because the meds needed to keep our pup alive jumped nearly 30% recently on Chewy. Now I love Chewy, but that's a lot. I looked at Walmart Pet Pharmacy and they were $10 lower a prescription which helps... HOWEVER I found when I added the prescription to my cart as an autoship the 5% discount was improperly applied. It was a different price than is shown as the autoship price on the product page. The discount was lower. This is an error in their shopping cart software. I called in and talked to a rep out of curiousity. He said they could 'fix' the price for me... well, that might fix the current problem but if the price drops (and gosh, we hope prices start dropping at some point because they're crazy right now) how would that work? Yeah, not a solution. If you are not checking this you could easily be paying too much with autoship. Check your cart, do some basic math and see if you're getting the full 5% discount!!

I would give them 0 stars if I could. They falsely advertise free two-day shipping without mentioning that if the package is less than 1 pound it is sent USPS, and thus may or may not come in 2 days. As a result, shipping dates change after packages are en route and it is very unpredictable. Not good when the product is medicine. They even admit the website “needs updating” to reflect this internal policy, but as it stands today it is false advertising. Most medication orders are under one pound. When brought to their attention, they offer meaningless little store credits and their “chat” personnel just disconnect you. Horrible business practices and horrible customer service.

The two day shipping is a lie . A week ago I ordered and it still is in the post office where they shipped it from . I will never order from Walmart rx again

I created account with Walmartpetrx and I was thinking to buy Heartgard for my dog. After created account, I received a lot of junk emails every day for almost a week now. Some of the emails are scam emails tried to lure me to click on it. I am glad that I did not buy anything not put my credit card in the account.

I just placed an order and it said my card did not go through but the money was taken from my account ! About to file a complaint with ftc . I should have read the reviews prior to ordering

TERRIBLE service Shame on WalMart. Ordered medicine for my dog back in April 20th still waiting on order with numerous calls to the company who stated on it is on the way. I made a purchase of a dog collar in the beginning of March that went smoothly, then at the end of march I was charged for another collar. I told Walmart I didn't order another collar they said I signed up for one a month I did not, I told them they cancelled the order. End of April I was charged for another collar, the collar came then I was credited for that collar. WT*

I ordered 6 months of heartgard and nexgard 16 days ago. Delivery was to be 2 days. No delivery yet. I am in California and it ships from Florida. The package spent 13 days in a Florida USPS warehouse. Suggest you order at least 30 days in advance. Still waiting . . . .
