prices are good BUT Delivery is never the 2 days promised
The prices are good BUT Even after your vet has approved the prescription, the two day delivery is a joke. This is the third time (twice on autoship orders and once on an urgent 1 time buy). What was supposed to be two day shipping has taken a full week or longer to arrive. They have lost my rescues' business. I literally have a dog suffering because they can't seem to deliver on their promised delivery dates. Forget about their customer service helping. Today Friday Sept 16th I talked to three different customer service representatives. One promising to call me back to make sure that I got a call back from the pharmacy help desk (promised within an hour of that 3rd call). It's 3 hours later, I called again and the 4th agent didn't listen to what I was explaining - that I was calling about a pharmacy order and that their pharmacy was closed until Monday Sept 19th. That was in the second sentence right after I gave my name and order number. He actually argued with me over my order number (I read it from the website and the confirmation email). Their customer service is horrible. After my second call I requested a supervisor, and waited more than 20 minutes only to be told that I needed to call the pharmacy to which I replied that they were closed until Monday and asked who could help in the three days until they opened back up. I was put on hold and they hung up on me. I called back a 3rd time and requested a supervisor straight off at the beginning of the call. She had me go through the whole situation again, said she was trying to get a pharmacy rep on the phone and after 16 minutes told me that they would call me within the hour. I mentioned that within an hour would be approximately 11:30pm my time to which she said would not be a problem and that she herself (Laura was her name,) would call me back to make sure that I received a call. I kept my phone on me, it never rang. Checking my phone at 1am, there had been a call but it never rang, I then called the number back only to be greeted by another customer service representative who did not listen to me when I told him that it was a pharmacy order and argued that I was not giving him the right order number. In Summary, pay the few extra dollars to order somewhere else, even directly from your vet's office. The few dollars you might save is not worth the hassle. Especially if you need the meds on the day they say they will be delivered. They typically use the USPS to deliver ( USPS does make Saturday deliveries now) but in my experience. you will not get your items in the two days as promised. I have my autoship orders set to the very first day that my vet can legally approve them, and I always call my vet's office to let them know to be expecting a request from walmart pet RX. They always get them approved the same day they get the requests. I know that can be an issue with some people's orders being delayed. There is no excuse for the delays when it's approved the same day. My order was placed on the 12th, approved early morning by 9am on the 13th, and shipped on the next day the 14th. It said it would be delivered on the 16th. Now saying the 19th. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE if Time is a factor for you.
