Vet sent in script on 12/30, as of 1700 on 1/3 it is still "processing." Unless your pet can wait the 2 weeks that seems to be the average for this company I highly suggest you go elsewhere. I canceled my order and will place it with Allivet or Jeffers. They also didn't originally honor their "30% off new orders", until I told them to stick it...then suddenly they offered the maximum $20 off. This is not actually Walmart, they are a completely different company not related to Walmart, and I suspect Walmart will soon terminate any business relationship they have with these shysters.

Very very bad service. This was my first order for my pet,,, I had medication but went ahead and ordered so I do not run out. I was promised 2 day shipping,, it’s already 8 days!!!! So I contacted the chat. Very very very bad service. Yet for first time order I’d thought they would be right on it!!!! NO!!! Staff is no good there. They do not know how to answer inquires from the customer,,, yet 8 days still no medicine. I’ll go back to my original way thru another company,,,, Walmart stores suck , the people, and there assistance with customers, Walmart is bad all over!!!! How they treat there employees and customers. What a disgrace!!!! Now my pet out of medication thanks to this company!!!! I’ll never ever reorder again. I’m done with this company!!!!

My usual online pharmacy was out of stock of my cat’s medications so I ordered from walmartpetrx since there was no indication it was out of stock. Ordered on 10/31, contacted my vet on 11/2 to check if it was approved since it hadn’t shipped yet (which is unusual for my regular pharmacy), they said they had approved it the previous day. So I called Walmartpetrx and they said it can take up to 24-48 hours to ship. Ok, that’s fine. On 11/5 I called again since it still hadn’t shipped—and what do you know, the medication was out of stock the whole time. So 6 days I could’ve found somewhere else to get my cat’s extremely important medication which she is now almost out of. I am super upset with this company as I am now scrambling to make sure my cat doesn’t run out of her medication and die as it’s now Saturday and I can’t get in touch with my vet until Monday. Just stay away from them.

Horrible. Promise two day shipping. Did not receive for over 2 weeks. When I called customer service. the guy said he did not blame me if I never ordered again!

I'd give negative stars if possible. Actual Walmart should be ashamed to be linked with WalmartPetRx; one week after vet approval my item ships and now is coming usps !?!&@$ NEVER USE THEM!!! Beyond awful

I havent used this bc I am weary from all the negative reviews. I am an avid Walmart patron; I saw this on Walmart's corporate website corporate.walmart.com /newsroom/videos/walmart-petrx, but not sure what is the real link for them bc of the negative reviews, I dont want to be scammed. Why the hell didnt Walmart work or partnered with Chewy instead? They have the best customer service, sends you birthday cards, and nationally known. If Walmart partners with Paramount, Exxon/Mobil, and many other well-known named brands and with discounts, surely they need to scratch this contract ASAP.

I have been trying to update an auto order for over a week and it never ships, I got on chat with someone who claimed they were placing the order for me and would overnight it as a courtesy for my trouble. I went on tonight to try to verify if it had been shipped and realized that they left off, of course, the one medicine that I am in dire need of for my dog. When I noticed that, I also noticed that the shipping method was standard 2 day shipping, will not be using them again and now I need to rush off to the vets office tomorrow on an unplanned trip to have them fill the prescription for the medicine they left off. WTG Walmart, extremally disappointed

HORRIBLE service. They don't tell you if your vet has approved or not, so you have to check everyday. It NEVER ships in 2 days and always takes WAY too long. They don't seem to have any idea what they are doing. Do not use this service unless you absolutely must. Chewy or even PetCo is better!!!
