I ordered my dog's medication through WMpetrx because it is the most affordable for a monthly med. She has severe arthritis and this particular med is supposed to help her (hopefully). Because the FDA doesn't allow emailing scanned copies of a prescription I had to send the ORIGINAL prescription through the US post office to them. I mailed the prescription 11 days ago and WMpetrx claims they still haven't received it. Every day I get an email from WMpetrx telling me my order cannot be completed without the prescription. And today I get an email telling me my order will be cancelled unless they receive the prescription. I called customer service and spoke with the most unempathtic person today. I knew I should have gone through Chewy's or 1800Petmeds. They were always much easier to work with albeit more of an expense. At least my dog would be on her way to feeling better now instead of being at the mercy of WMpetrx.

They do not accept emails or any RX from the Vet - you need to mail an original RX to them. Then you mail it and they don't get it at the address they ask you to send it to. Which means you are now out the original RX and need to go back to your Vet for a new one. The savings are not worth the hassle and headaches caused by this company.

False advertising on the 2 day shipping!! I expected my order might take a extra couple of days because it needed a vet approval but it's been 6 days and it hasn't even shipped yet! They only update the order status once a day, so you can't even see what's going one. And if you call customer service they just tell you what the order status is. It's absolutely ridiculous and my poor cat is suffering because of them.

Two Day Shipping my a$$.... I placed an order on Saturday and now it's Thursday, still no shipped!! Contacted the customer service 3 times already. They really shouldn't called it two day shipping when it takes a week to process the order. My vet approved the prescription on the same day that I placed the order, it shouldn't take so long to ship it. Customer service said they don't work on the weekends.... smh..... If you need something quick, do yourself a favor and order from Chewy instead.

If I could give less than one star, I would! I placed an order on January 16, with the website promise that it would be received in 2 days. on January 18 I checked the website, and it showed that they were still waiting for approval from my vet. I called Walmart, and was told that they called the vet on January 17, but did not get a response. That’s ridiculous! I called my vet, who said no one had contacted them. I called Walmart again and had them email the vet. I called the vet and the vet said they got the email and responded immediately, I called Walmart and they said they got the vet’s approval and would ship the item that day (1/18). Well here it is January 19, and I got an email from Walmart saying they had made an 6th attempt to contact my vet for approval. What??!! I called Walmart again and was told that they did not show an approval in their files. I asked for a manager, who said he would handle it himself. A half hour or so later he called and said he had gotten the vet’s approval but since it was late in the day (2:00?) the meds would not ship until the 20th and would get here on the 21st! Are you kidding me? 5 days after my order??Then he admitted that there was something wrong with their system. There’s something wrong alright! And I won’t be using them again to find out what it is! This is my 2nd try for them and I’m done.

I would give them ZERO stars, if possible! I have been waiting 9+ days for my pet's medication! I contacted them 2 days ago and "Pablo" told me that "it takes 5-7 days". Now it is 9 days and "Waiting on RX" is STILL on my order status! I wish I would have read reviews before ordering! I will NEVER, EVER order from WalmartPetRx.com again!

Rip off company. On their site, they show that they have in stock a particular cat food. I ordered that specific food which was pictured with its very distinctive pink label. They sent something else and refused to let me return the incorrect order. They say the pet food company changed their recipe and they have a disclaimer on their website. Then their representative said, "oh that disclaimer did not appear until after you placed your order." SCAMMERS

If u mess up and order the wrong item, be sure to sell it elsewhere. They had me mail my stuff back because it wasn't actual meds (because meds cannot be returned) and still can't get my money back three months later! They said it was denied and there's nothing they can do. Then asked for documentation that it was mailed to the correct address! I copied the exact address off the box like the lady told me to. Also the post office only gave me a receipt for what I paid for shipping. They don't write the address on the receipt! Numbskulls! These people will keep your stuff and your money!!!!! Scammers! Thiefs!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
