I’m an actual client. Just signed my offer two days ago. MEGA non target southern school, <10k kids, 0 family connections, 3.3 gpa, and just got into an upper middle market firm in NYC with a global presence. I absolutely would not have gotten this offer without the help of WSMM. They showed me how to network, technical prep (my non-target school has literally two other kids in banking ever, so no help from them), and craft behavioral answers. I seriously am besides myself for even getting this offer, but am so unbelievably thankful for their help.

Loving everything that Sam and WSMM is doing here. I have no regrets investing into this product and looking to gain a lot more experience in it. If I had no other direction, I would steer towards here, literally the best!

The template was great and getting feedback as quickly as I did was super nice also. Mindy helped guide me to make my resume better without changing what I actually did with my previous experiences.

Very hands on experience. Coaches were always available when needed and responded promptly. Great for interview preparation as they know the typical questions asked in the interviews and how to tackle them. Would highly recommend!

When I joined WSMM I knew little about the IB recruitment process, but what I did know was that I was willing to put in the effort and fully commit to the gruelling process. I come from a non-target school where IB is not that big, so I needed all the resources I could get. The modules were very helpful -- Sam explains things and teaches the technical concepts in a very digestible way that made things intuitive. It was much more efficient than just trying to learn them from textbooks & online guides alone. Sam also provides helpful networking logs, email templates, etc., and office hours were useful too. Having multiple mentors that I could ask any question to was great and I honestly should've taken advantage of it more. I ended up accepting an offer that I am extremely happy with; while I could not have done it without the support from WSMM, it is integral to understand the importance of your own drive and discipline during this process. It's because I actually followed the modules, dedicated all my time towards this goal, and constantly reflected and adapted my strategy throughout that I was able to achieve results.

I think WSMM is a great experience for people that are trying to break into IB but have no idea where to start. It’s definitely very expensive, but I do think the service you get is worth it if you have no idea what to do. A lot of the recruiting process will still be on you, but I would describe WSMM as a hand that will guide you on the way. I think the resume reviews are very useful, and the coach channels are great as well. You also get mock interviews and it’s nice to have an insider perspective during the recruiting process.

Incredibly insightful and helpful with feedback

The lessons were very insightful and the coaches were very responsive to any questions I had. This program does a great job of helping you build a process for recruiting/networking and preparing for interviews. I also enjoyed the community aspect of it and was able to build good relationships with the other students.
