I was able to land an offer from a bulge-bracket firm with the help of the coaches from WSMM. WSMM offers a more comprehensive video resource to study for the technicals beyond the 400-question guide. In addition to that, I was able to get all my questions answered through interaction with coaches and during office hours. As for the behavioral part, WSMM has amazing coaches who helped craft and revise all my stories in a more structured way. Before, I had no idea what the best way to answer "tell me about yourself" was. Most importantly, I did many rounds of mock interviews with coaches and have received very constructive feedback to further improve my interview skills.

Great program, world class coaches that are invested in your success. Interview database is insanely helpful, modules are great. Great community of other highly motivated students to work with. Overall the program provides guidance and the most up to date recruiting practices to help you succeed in your processes. Helped me land an NYC EB from 3.6gpa non-target school.

WSMM has been incredibly helpful in introducing me to the world of Investment Banking and helping me become more competitive in such a demanding field. As a sophomore, it gave me clarity and direction at a time when I was still figuring out my path. I learned so many things I wouldn’t have known otherwise, gained practical insight into the industry, and found a community of students who share the same goals and drive. The coaches provide personalized support and guidance throughout the process, which made a huge difference in my confidence and preparation. I highly recommend WSMM to any student interested in IB.

Great coaching and tons of resources. Very helpful for a difficult process

Great network/coaches. Really know what they're doing and stay on top of things. Also really helpful resources to prepare for technical and behavioral questions, in addition to mock interviews. Would recommend for those trying to break into IB. The ROI is just too great.

Just based on the onboarding call I felt very organized in what I need to do and when. Theres obviously a lot thrown at you at once but I do not think this is a bad thing whatsoever, the beginning of the modules explain how to keep up to date and manage your time well, which is certainly necessary during the recruiting process. All in all, I really have no complaints and the coaching has been very informative and always available.

Thank you for helping make my resume perfect. It was a great experience.

Kristin really helped guide me through the onboarding process and helped me navigate the course as i began. I was really grateful that she took the time to answer my questions as well as point me in the right direction during and after our call.
