Very good coaching team

I am so glad my daughter joined WSMM. It is definitely a commitment but the return is really worth it. My daughter was able to secure an internship at a PE firm in NYC which I know is very rate for international students. To any parents out there who are hesitant about their son or daughter joining WSMM, I want to tell you that WSMM is a great investment. Sam has been an amazing mentor for my daughter, and I could not be happier with the outcome

I've been a part of Sam's program for a couple of weeks (haven't really gotten involved in the content until this last week) and I have to say that it's been extremely helpful! I've been able to land my first relevant internship within just a few days after getting my resume reviewed by Sam, and I'm already feeling much better in terms of my technicals/behaviorals after taking just a brief look at some of Sam's module videos - so I know that once I take a deep dive into it I'll be well prepared. The program is definitely a big investment, but so far I think that it's going to be well worth it.

After having a strategy session call with the Director of Enrollment, Alex Portugal, I realized WSMM was for me. As an international student needing to secure sponsorship with a top tier bank for my junior summer internship, and also coming from a non-target school, I felt the odds were stacked against me. I had put in a lot of hard work up to that point but knew there were a few critical things I still needed to learn to get an offer. But it was already April of sophomore year and a lot of the elite boutiques and bulge bracket banks that would sponsor students had already started giving out offers. Not wanting to waste anymore time, I signed up for the program to accelerate my interview prep and networking process. Sam’s coaching was incredibly helpful and easy to understand. From the very beginning, Sam, and the assistant coaches were available to guide me through the program. The alumni in the program are also very helpful, many of whom are currently working in banking but still give back to the students in the program. In less than a month, I secured an offer from RBC Capital Markets. I am very appreciative of the help that this program has provided me, and I would recommend this to anyone who is a hard worker but feels like they just need that extra bit of guidance to get over the hump.

Sam & the WSMM team have invested their full efforts into this program. The environment caters to the needs of undergraduates, graduate students, & prospective laterals. With WSMM’s expertise I’ve never felt so confident in my recruitment process & within the interview room.

Really simplified the whole recruitment process by breaking it down into four categories: resume/cover letter, networking, behaviorals, and technicals. I feel like I have a much better grasp on the whole recruitment cycle than before.

They are amazing. They help you a lot and it's up to you to get the most out of it. Always ready to help and even if you bug them a lot (like I did), they're still nice and genuinely try to help.
