Sam and his team really understand the recruiting process for investment banking like no other. They have the right expertise needed to help other students succeed as well. The modules allowed me to understand a-lot of these technical topics in more depth than compared to other courses that are out there.

The program has been great in helping me ensure that I cover all aspects of the IB recruitment process. I find the most value to be in the community and being able to stay in the loop with everything that was going on. I haven't had a chance to go through all of the technical modules that the program offers, but based on what others inside say, it seems to be great. It's nice to have if you've been staring at the same guide for ages and feel like you're going in circles.

Very responsive. Experienced. Would recommend to anyone who needs guidance through the process.

Thye've been really helpful with the recruiting process. As long as you put in the work, the program is definitely extremely worthwhile, and you'll have a really good support system of coaches who work around the clock to help you.

I came into the program thinking I wouldn't need much help. I went to a target school, knew (thought I knew) the technicals needed for the interviews, and was confident I would be able to land at a top firm. The program exposed me to all the variables that go into the recruitment process that people don't talk about. People talk about networking, but the program showed me how to network 10x more effectively. It helped me gain confidence through mock interviews. It also helped me by giving me a network of hundreds of students who were either going through or had gone through the same process I was. This allowed me to have any questions I have answered instantly and continue to improve as a Candidate.

WSMM has provided me with the resources necessary to conduct outreach, be confident when networking, and land interviews.

Very professional & supportive community. Strategic step by step approach to recruiting. Wish I started earlier!

I came very late to recruiting so I needed all the help I could get. I come from a semi-target school with a good Investment Banking Association but I needed an edge to stand out. I honestly got way farther with the program than I would have through my own means. Yes, you will have to pay a premium but some people's tuition is $30K a semester. This program gives you all the support you need and is totally worth the money in my opinion. I paid for this program all by myself and with my own money so I know it was personally worth it. If I were to try recruiting by myself, I would not know what I don't know and it would cost me. This program answers that question and gives you every resource you need for every aspect. Only wish I started this sooner.... ALWAYS START AS EARLY AS YOU CAN AND YOU'LL BE SET
