AVOID! Worst company possible.
The worst company I have ever come across. Placed an order for a console table in December 2025, I received a notification on 17th January its ready for delivery, after than no response. Not 1 message from the company, I have been following up with them weekly for 7 MONTHS, and their customer service people are totally useless, just give me nonsense dates, and after 6 months of contacting them on WhatsApp and finally getting fed up of no action from them they tell me to EMAIL them, and that they cannot help on WhatsApp. brilliant. ofcourse its probably the same people over email, tell me that the order is actually not ready and offer me a credit note. Why would I want to order anything from this shit company ever again. I will give anyone interested the 7000 AED credit note I have just to avoid the ever ordering anything from this company. I asked them to call me or give a number to call them, they outright refused. Cowards. I hope this company shuts down, that is what they deserve.

Our Customer Care is available daily during the day to reply on WhatsApp or Email, Our delivery timeline currently is between 14 - 30 Days depending on the furniture type ordered. If its an item that has Steel, Marble, Tiles or premium elements, we do need 30 Days on the Free Delivery Tier, if its mainly Wood or Small Single Piece items, you can expect your delivery within 14 days maximum.
