Ordered LIGHTSWITCH cover. Paid extra for shipping which was more then the plate, however it did not matter, as I needed the cover quick. Waited three days past the expected due date, received USPS tracking that my label had been cancelled. No idea why. Called Wallplates.com and was informed by nice representative that he had no idea why my shipping label was cancelled. How can an employee cancel a shipping order and there is no record of who cancelled the order. Terrible system

Needed more durable and stylish Switch and Outlet plates than the plastic variety offered at the big box Home Improvement Stores. Came across Amerelle's Chelsa styled white plates. These plates are made of metal and far more luxurious. Ordering was quick and easy, product was delivered in the expected time frame. Overall very positive experience using this company, definitely recommended.
