Salvador B.
We purchased wall guards for 2 different sites, and each order was over $500. One of the packages never arrived, and they did not want to help us, stating that they are not responsible and instead to contact FedEx. We did, but they did not approve the claim. In the end, we had to file an insurance claim. This vendor absolutely sucks at customer service, costing us tons of wasted admin time.
