My ~$200 order came frozen on dry ice, but upon thawing the fish had a very "fishy" smell. I had to throw the whole order in the trash. Even my Nigerian girlfriend wouldn't touch it.

I submitted for a loan application on walleyelending.com 6times. Each time the website notified me that the application was received and being reviewed. Each of the 6 times I'd follow up on the status, I'd be told no application was received.

Order was delivered. But dry ice was melted and perch was thawed out.

I. Accidents ordered the wrong perch after ordering the same things yr over The company did nothing to accommodate 5 lbs of fish in the trash since too fishy to eat!

I ordered sauger which was stated as being smaller fillets (4-6 per pound or 20-30 per 5 pounds) and got what I'm certain was walleye (14 fillets per 5 pounds).

One of the items I received wasn't what we ordered, and the bream was breaded which I didn't want. This was the first time that we were unpleased with an order from Walleye Direct --- very disappointing and a waste of money. We will not be placing anymore orders!

Customer service was awful they only brought our fish out first.And didn't bring the shrimp with it also, and the fish was very tough we were just in here.Maybe less than a week.And a half and sat in the bar lobby area and ordered all you can eat shrimp and fish and chip and also a fettuccine seafood.And we were able to take our remains home with us as well but the service is awful and they discriminate against people of color
