Although this was a very long process I am happy with the outcome. With proper and timely documentation submitted to Wall & Associates we would meet all the deadlines requested by the IRS. it was a pleasure to work with such knowledgeable people and I would recommend using their services. I signed with Wall & Assc. towards the end of 2014. It took over a year to get everything resolved with IRS. I was in tears with stress and wondering the whole time if I made a mistake with Wall & Associates. I owed IRS $20,000 for 2013 and with penalties and interest it was now at $170,000. I thought its just impossible to be able to negotiate and really get this resolved. I've never owed before, but because of a crisis, I had to take out money from my 401K. Thanks to Wall & Associates my case is now closed 12/2015 and I only paid IRS $100. Thanks for everything.

The work with this company was a long process, 9 months, but ended up being a humbling experience by the time it was done. I owed over $23,000 to the IRS and the IRS ended up settling for a whopping $50..... Everybody was very professional and helpful and as long as you get them what they need ASAP they will get you what you need ASAP..... THANK YOU to Cynthia Young and all her help! Y'all are awesome!

Great people to work with, but they need to figure out how to get all paperwork sent to them directly from the IRS and STATE TAX people sent directly to them would save lot time, so there would be less down time. Thank you, Ted Pilon
