Thanks for taking the time to reach out to our office. We have reviewed your case and our version of events varies considerably with your version of events. We actually show a fairly consistent stream of communication not only with you, but the revenue officer assigned to your account, You ended services with our company in September of 2017 and during your final call with us didn't bring up any concerns or issues you wanted us to address. Did something change in two years? Unfortunately, when you owe amounts approaching the level the IRS was stating you owed - collective action can be hard to predict. Finally our office has no control over the reviews posted by individuals - either good or bad - but our office will obviously defend ourselves against statements which are untruthful and inaccurate. Thanks for taking the time to reach out. In reviewing your case you hired us to attempt to negotiate a prearranged down payment and subsequent installment agreement you had negotiated with a Revenue Officer handling your case. Your case involved major sales tax deficiencies which were jeopardizing your business license and we agreed to see what options were possible given an 8 day deadline. In less than a week's time we spoke with the state Revenue Officer, their manager, and got the Taxpayer Advocate for Georgia involved. They all agreed that this was not negotiable and to ensure the continued operation of your business the initial nonpayment would have to be made. Our office did pursue every avenue possible in the negotiation of your tax matter regarding the installment agreement and unfortunately we were unable to have it modified in your particular situation. Our office stands behind the work we fairly performed on your behalf and are ready to defend that work.

The team member we had assigned to meet with you subsequently sent you a message asking if it would be okay to meet at another location and it appears that no response was received to that request. Our office has reviewed the business associated with this review and deem it to be the same individual who posted under the name Ibrahim Elgazar. Mr. Elgazar appears to be attempting to violate TrustPilot guidelines in an attempt to circumvent their policy against only allowing 1 review per customer. The text of our original response is below. Hi Anna, Thanks for taking the time to reach out. We are sorry that you are upset regarding the services our office provided. We do want to specify that our written agreement you signed does specify in several locations you are not hiring for legal services - our services are administrative in nature only. Our office acted as rapidly as possible in addressing the proposed deficiency the IRS stated you owed, but their timeline to review such documents can be difficult to predict. It looks like your case was assigned to a team on June 30, 2017 and your case was closed with our office on September 22, 2017. Our initial response to the deficiency went out on August 11, 2017 so there wasn't a delay considering our office needed to review the documents you had supplied. Ultimately, we are happy that the issue was resolved in your favor and it did save you the overwhelming majority of the proposed deficiency. Thanks.
