Well people there's no sense of me pleading my case it's the same as yours everything was almost identical they done the same thing to us charge us an awful lot of money for doing nothing somehow they're hiding behind the law they're not very good tax people but they must have a hell of a lawyer in my most blue-collar humble opinion these people or money grab and scum they kept us scared thinking we were in big trouble and mostly kept us in the dark charging us monthly fees every time we called them they had some sort of an excuse for why it was our fault things weren't moving along until I realized they were just stringing us along to suck as much money out of us as they can in the end they saved us nothing only cost us more money than we owed my advice to everyone here we should file a class action lawsuit against their company and and expose these evil people to the world

Wall & Associates are scammers
Wall & Associates are scammers. Took $8900 of my money and did not deliver. Could not accomplish anything with the IRS. KEPT getting my wife's income wrong despite our providing all required documentation . DO NOT GET RIPPED OFF BY THEM. They are being sued by at least one state. Maybe more at this time.

It appears that the first financial statement you returned signed did show a significant difference between what our office had calculated as your wife's income and what was listed on her paystubs. This was subsequently corrected after we were notified of the error. All subsequent financial statements only showed minor adjustments to her income. Subsequently, due to concerns you had on the case, our office even agreed to waive a set number of monthly fees you had agreed to pay in the interest of customer satisfaction. Consumer Beware!
Consumer Beware!! After one year of pulling our leg and having us continuously send in documentation as well as taking 400 a month from us on top of the initial thousands of dollars in retainer fee, this company tells us that realistically it is not worth it for us to sumbmit for a settlement. So basically after paying this company 6500.00 which we could and should've used to pay our taxes owed, we are now out that money for a company who was dishonest since the beginning. Brandy Hendricks was absolutely awful -- she would call us back after hours and not get back to us in timely manners. We had to be the ones constantly reaching out and asking for updates. On numerous occasions we had to resubmit paperwork again and again only to be told finally that they could not do anything for us. In December, Devon from Client Services Group contacted us because he said he was investigating Wall & Associates and Brandy for taking so long to settle our claim and we received a break from the 400 a month from February until now. If we had not called them, they were going to restart taking out the 400! We did not read all of the negative reviews until after paying the initial 2500 retainer and thought they would help us but now I see we were scammed like many others. BUYER BEWARE -- we plan to get a lawyer and fight this. They are NOT lawyers and pull your leg until they have taken enough of your money and then don't help. GO WITH A REAL LAWYER and/or settle on your own. These people should be ashamed of themselves taking money from already hard working people.

Thanks for reaching out and for letting us know about your experience in working with our company. Wall & Associates, Inc. is an administrative tax representation firm. As you state, we do not handle tax matters requiring legal assistance. Every client must sign our Administrative Tax Controversy Agreement, which clearly outlines this fact.
Our office kept requesting updated information to confirm the accuracy of the financial statement our office was working on with you. As you state, in February of 2020, our office agreed to waive fees ordinarily due and payable to our office. This consideration was granted to you, as detailed in our February 4 letter, as a customer service gesture to address concerns you had with the services our office was providing. We also offered you an opportunity to have your case switched to someone else. You opted to keep the same caseworker.
Unfortunately, upon review of the financial statement, it did appear there would be challenges in submitting an offer for your case, and we explained those challenges to you. We offered you alternatives to submitting an offer during this call.
As of May 12, 2020, you have requested to cease services with our company. Per this request, members of our Client Services Group will be reaching out to you. Steer clear of these guys string u along for years collect their monthly fee and leave you off worse than you started with the irs owed 16 grand in back taxes fooled with wall for 3 years every time you called them they needed more paperwork from us then the irs slapped a lien on our home that was the end I ended dealing with the irs direct and settled within a few hours and all the money wall conned me out of would have easily settled my tax debt.And I'm sure you have no record of me or I was only a client a short time all bs.

Save your self money and time do not use Wall and Associates
I would not recommend this organization. They charge you a hefty upfront fee and then a monthly fee. In addition, they u they can draw out the case so they get paid more and fail to respond to messages and requests for updates. When you do finally get a hold of them, you find out that they have not touched the file in months. We started our case with them two years ago 2018 and still there has been no resolution. You are wasting your money!

Well let’s see we met a suit and tie person in Dallas Texas he told us that they could settle our debt in a years time plus we payed 4700 down then 400 dollar a month for three years and they never got our debt settled we call and they shuffled us to several people and threatened to stop representing us if we didn’t keep sending them 400 a month our taxes is still pending their is a law suit going on and I’m filing today that was 19000 that a lot of money to pay and not get it done that was our 401 k that we cashed in y’all should be ashamed

Walls responded to my review with a lame answer. Look people listen to me, as a previous customer of Walls.....DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY......you will regret it. Go online and look at reviews . There is/ was a case action lawsuit against them for misrepresentation. There are so many bad reviews. I wished we had researched before we got sucked in.
And plus Walls, you did no favor to us, we paid for everything you claimed you did, which was nothing!! The couple of months we did not have to pay was because of something you did not do; and It does not compare to the thousands of dollars we paid for inept service. Our lives are so happier now since Wall is no part of it. Listen people do not, again I will say, do not use this company

There is nothing we can say in this response that we have not already expressed to you or your spouse verbally and in writing, Your spouse and you are WELL aware of the actions that transpired on your case. Your case has been closed with our office for almost an entire year.
We will further state that it doesn't make much sense for our office to agree to waive a number of our fees if as you allege, we were leading you along.
You are furthermore well aware of our attempts at getting an offer accepted on your behalf and resolving your account via payment arrangements. These are all actions a company "leading" you along would not perform.

These people are crooks
These people are crooks. They run you around and they do absolutely nothing. They don't return your calls. Do yourself a favour and call your attorney general to find a reputable tax relief firm. This company is being sued by more then one state for fraud! Stay clear of them. Don't believe one single positive review on here.

Thanks for reaching out. You ended service with our company in November 2017 after stating you had someone else working on your tax problem. You allowed our office around 6 months to complete a case in which you had failed to file tax returns for over 9 years. That is simply not enough time to complete a case with so many variables.
