A very shady business!
2 days (1 business day) and my credit card has been billed, 15 days later nothing has shipped and the response to my inquiry is: "We would like to inform you that your order has started the shipping process once tracking becomes available it will be emailed to you with confirmation You will receive the package within 5 to 7 business days." And a request for a review of the agents response. Is this company that ignorant of a customer's needs or is it a delay tactic while they hide my money? It costs an extra $9.95(s&p) for this type of service. It is now 17 days later, still no shipping info. Oh wait, I did find a "Label Created, not yet in system" email in my spam folder. It is now 2/16, 9 days (7 business days) since my order has "shipped"(?) still only "Label Created, not yet in system" from USPS & supplied trk#. Basically, Company says it is shipped, but 8 USPS business days later and they(USPS) STILL HAVE NOT received the package. All total, 24 days since my credit card has been billed. NO package, NO pending shipment, only a label has been created, 7 days ago.
