Garry wants the best for his clients. This is not always the best for his personal wallet. I have lots of questions about exercises and nutrition. He listens and give competent answers. The program is well thought and effective. I have been working been a client for three weeks and hope to be for much longer.

Great programs - Resistance training, nutrition and mobility. Coach Walker is available to answer any question you have to ensure you understand how to perform exercises and succeed with your nutrition goals. Well worth my investment. Results exceed expectations.

Like so many older men, I "want" to age gracefully and look good, but I "need" some guidance, monitoring and encouragement to stay on course. Gary gives realistic advice, is honest about what supplements are worthwhile, fits my workout assignments to my capabilities, and explains the reasons why. Most importantly, he gets back to me when I have email questions. His group of trainees also provides support and mutual information.

Best decision I have ever made for myself. Gary has taught me how to eat and exercise to maximize my health. At 63, I am in the best condition of my life since high school. I am no longer on any of meds, and there were many, and I have the strength and energy of men several decades younger than me. Everyone that knows me can't help, but comment on the amazing results. Thank you Gary for everything. You have taught me a path to follow for the rest of my life.

Gary Walker provides a no-nonsense realistic approach to health and fitness which is hard to find in an industry of hype and hyperbole. He is sensitive to each client's unique combination of age, life experience, and health status in designing individualized training programs to achieve each client's objectives. Although Gary is an accomplished bodybuilder and fitness coach his style removes all feelings of intimidation no matter where a client may be in their fitness journey. His genuine desire for each client to succeed is obvious in every encounter and communication. With Gary's help, I am confident I will be able to keep up with my grandchildren and live a long and healthy life.

After a year away from Gary's program, playing hit-n-miss workouts on my own, I've come back to Gary's expertise for good. Gary develops a reliable workout program that's based on me and my goals, no one else, and the results are outstanding. I stay in constant contact with him and my AMP family through the app. I have confidence in Gary. Above all, I trust him with my health.

Gary personalizes the nutrition recommendations to the individual and adjusts as progress or lack of progress as needed. The strength and cardio training is also personalized. Gary creates a new program every 4 weeks based on results. This keeps the workouts from getting boring and continued improvement. Gary monitors both the nutrition and workout reports. He is always available to discuss and make changes to nutrition or the workouts. I have had amazing results.
