I worked with Wake Up Here (WuH) on a recent tour throughout Vietnam (north, mid, and south) and had a great experience with them! Jess B was my main point of contact at WuH and she was stellar. We had some unexpected last-minute changes to our trip to make and she rolled with them easily and handled all of the travel detail minutiae, making the trip and the unexpected changes less stressful for my trip. The tour operator in Vietnam they contracted with was stellar as well. All details were handled, from hotels, transportation, and some meals as well. All we had to do was show up and board transportation (generally on shared luxury vans/buses) and off to the sites we went, with English-speaking guides and all entrance fees/tickets handled in advance. Not having to worry about tour details, payments to different operators, long wait lines, entrance fees, etc. went a long way in the enjoyment of our trip. So, if you want a smooth and well-planned experience with a highly-qualified agency choose Wake Up Here and ask for Jess! You won't regret it!

The representatives of Wake up Here helped me to traverse a really tricky situation around my travel plans and unplanned challenges in my regular life. I found that I was met with humanity, compassion, kindness, optimism and in general - badassery. These are good people. The tour was amazing, Completely worth the money (which was pretty minimal compared to some other companies) and I couldn't recommend this company/tour group more. Jess was my consultant, she listened to my brief and presented me with a condensed list of options which made the choosing of hotel and flights really easy. Her communication was excellent. Once everything was booked the full itinerary was sent to my email including details of all hotels and inclusions ready to print and take away. Having all our hotel transfers booked also made our holiday seamless, relaxing and stress free.
