My husband and I went to have lunch at The waffle house on Hwy 11 in Meridian, Ms. My first horrible encounter was our waiter was an older woman with tobacco in her mouth. We could not understand what she was saying to us, another young lady walked up to help us. As i placed my order and received it. (a cheesesteak with cheese eggs) I asked the older waitor why did my cheesesteak look this way ( the meat was totally over cooked with no cheese or onions or any of the things a cheesesteak is suppose to have) so the older lady went to tell the lady, I assumed to be the manager as she approached me, she told me that cheesesteak doesnt come with anything, she told me to look at the picture and I told her to look at the words of what I was ordering. She proceeded to talk very loudly and rudely in front of other customers. So I chose not to accept the order and she got even a worse attitude. i will not being eating ever at that waffle house again. I cant believe the attitude of management. They are suppose to lead with an positive example. Not be totally rude

I went to Waffle House at j Turner butler blvd in Jacksonville I was kick out of RESTURANT for no valid reasons. I went to that Waffle House with my fiancé the waitress ( a black lady ) I tried to order 2 breakfast of eggs waffle I was clear what I want the waitress kept saying “ what what what what what ) rudly and loud while she had a distance between me and kitchen. She kept saying what what what what I was frustrated probably loud I asked for some one else to serve me a nice white lady came I was in process of order the manager ( Leon) asking me to leave without listening . I said sir can you let me tell you what happened he said you have to leave otherwise I have to call the police . I left I am a 75 years old senior been to Waffle House over probably 200-300 times .actually I have been to the same RESTURANT many times with generous tips . I have never seen or heard any body treat a RESTURANT guest like that . Normally the manager goes to the guest asks for problems and solution many manager apologize and do not even charge the guest . I was embarrassed in front of my fiancé . My question is why doesn’t the manager just listen to me ? There is a reason that Waffle House has gone through chapter 11 bankruptcy I will never go to Waffle House ever again I recommend you do not go if your are looking for respect

Little waitress named messiah was very disrespectful cursing and customer out arguing back and forth and he had kids with him this not the first time we went and she was very rude and cursing very disrespectful

Frist time at WH in Mansfield Tx off Hwy 287/Copper st. Service was fast, food was good and 🔥, but the Server's table cleaning techique with just her hands Wiping plates off with her bare hands and no gloves, was a bit creepy. And using a local wastebasket to discard of the food mixture,from the table was a bit disgusting. I'm seeing the grill master. Wipe off the large knife on the edge of the chopping block instead of cleaning it with water and a towel, was a bit surprising. Overall the atmosphere was pleasant. I will return for 1 more visit, but I'll make sure I have my antibiotic shots and sanitation wipes just in case they need help cleaning the tables, because having an extra pair of gloves comes in handy.

The Waffle House in Gretna Louisiana (#2276) is a toxic hellstew. This place drasticly needs management supervision. Out of control waitstaff (or maybe waitstaph).

When I got at Waffle House a young lady took my order. She then forgot to call the order. I sat there for approximately 20 minutes before the order was call. In the mean-time there were several other customers that came in after me. One had gotten his food and was ready to leave before they even called my order. Another couple that was after had finished their meal as well. I told the cook that I was OK and she didn't have to scold the waitress. After I finally served. I as for cream for my coffee. That was never done. I told the waitress that I wasn't going to pay the full price because I felt that it was very poor service. There were words between the cook and one of the older waitress. The atmosphere was toxic. Another customer asked me what was going on? I said I wasn't sure. I frequent this place a lot. I said was going to pay for my food but I wasn't going to pay 16.25 I felt like something should have been deducted for the inconvenience. Then the cook started yelling at me. I just paid the full price and left. I started to just walk out, but I didn't do it I go to store #1363 at least once or twice a week. I know most of the waitress by name. This was really a BAD CREW!!!!

I was in the waffle House in the place in Woodstock Georgia I had a server her name was Taylor Witcher we had a party of 11:00 we took up two boosts and the order went flawless The food was at as quick as possible I can't say anything more about this lady she has probably been employed at waffle House for many many years cuz she knew it all she knew everything every question we had she had an answer for it we will be returning thank you so much waffle House rules IHOP sucks

Always great food. I offered to buy the cup I was using. I thought Iwas hearing things. The waitress said they went for 25.00. Question. Are they made of silver or what. Just curious.
