It's basically a scam.
My husband gave me a 3 month subscription for a gift. Two years later, we're STILL trying to get it canceled, and they've charged me without me getting any music since that third month. Their customer service is atrocious. They keep claiming it's been canceled. They also made it clear that they will not give me any back orders (you have to pick a "vibe" each month) that I didn't get, which is ALL OF THEM after the three months. It now shows my subscription will end in AUGUST.
