VuypeReviews of vuype.com

Difficult to get a refund. I contacted them and they gave me an address in Dubai which would have cost me over $200 to return from California. The dress cost me $76.00. I had to escalate it through PayPal in order to get them to give me an address in Carson City to return it. After returning it and giving them the tracking number, they only gave me a partial refund. It was not worth the hassle. I will not buy from them again.

Customer Service is not great. You cannot return any items if they don't fit you well. You can return it if it's in bad condition or you need a different size. However, if the FIT is not for you and you'd like to exchange an item, then they put their foot down. They make you keep what doesn't fit you. They are inflexible in this.

Upon receiving defective and merchandise that does not fit, Vuype has made it exceptionally difficult to return and refund. It has been a back-and-forth email offering $30 and $40 etc. to not return the merchandise. Customer Service interaction has been rude. There is nothing easy about their claimed easy 30 day return policy. Buyer beware -Do not recommend.

They claim they will accept exchanges but charge $16 US to do so Do not buy from this company!

This company is a ripoff. There is no way to return the items for a full refund. It is a one size fits all product. There is no customer service nor phone number. The company is NOT out of South Carolina, it's DUBAI!!! Do not buy from them. You can never return it. Protest the charge on your credit card.

Do Not Order from them. I ordered a top. I got it. Two months later I ordered a second top. They sent me the same top I had already ordered. Now I have two. Customer service is horrible. I kept telling them I did not want a refund (which as mentioned, they will not do even though it was their mistake. Today I finally found out the top is out of stock. Instead of telling me the truth, they decided to send the same top they sent tme two months ago. They even asked me to send a photo of the 2 identical tops. I did. Then they offered me an $8 refund. I said "no. I want the top I ordered when they are in stock again.". They are clearly one of the worst companies I've ever ordered from, and I will never order from them again

I ordered two shirts and didn't like them. They won't let you return them if they aren't damaged.

I ordered two dresses from them, they arrived and didn’t fit well and tbh not brilliant quality, I have emailed them on numerous occasions to the email that is given on their website and they have not responded at all! I am absolutely gutted that i’m stuck with items i don’t want and £54.99 each down. Please don’t trust this company. I will update if I hear anything from them 11656620
