I bought the SX20 about two years ago and usually ride around 30 miles a week. So far, I’m really happy with it. It’s a fun way to get outside and still get some exercise. The low step-through design makes it easy to get on and off, and the ride feels really stable. Best of all, it’s been super easy on my kness.

Customer service is top notch with Vtuvia. They are able to get my replacement parts in a timely fashion and were friendly while keeping me updated every step of the way.

I ordered it and received it in a few days. It went on almost without any problems, but the leads were almost too short to be easy. I finally got it back together and it works great.

Orders through this orangization was really easy. They even reached out to me to give me updates on my parts order and even that another part I wanted was now available. The folding bike they sell is exactly the same as what I have, just mine is from a different seller of 4 years ago so parts for their’s are same as mine so works out great. Keep up the great work and keep the great people.
