Dear customer, Thank you for your feedback on this product. Regarding the device quality issue you mentioned, I need to clarify some background information in order to better understand the current situation: This device was not purchased through official VTOMAN channels (such as the brand’s official website or authorized dealers), but rather obtained from a third-party seller on eBay. Since the seller is now unreachable, the standard warranty process cannot be carried out. This situation highlights the potential risks associated with non-official channels, including but not limited to: The product may be refurbished, used, or counterfeit; Lack of official after-sales support and quality assurance; Inability to verify whether the device meets the original manufacturer’s technical standards. If you require further assistance in the future, we strongly recommend purchasing products through the official website: https://vtoman.com/. This ensures genuine product authenticity and access to comprehensive after-sales support. Thank you for your understanding. Wishing you a pleasant day! Best regards, Vivi

Dear Customer, Thank you for your patience and for sharing the update regarding your order. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by the separate shipment—this is due to the product’s size and weight, which typically requires us to dispatch it separately from the power station. We regret any confusion this may have caused and appreciate your understanding. To improve transparency, we’ll add a clear notice about separate shipments on our website to avoid similar situations in the future. Thank you again for your support, and we hope you enjoy your Vtoman products! Best regards, Vivi
