Now I have issues with the main battery and I can't charge it. I have tried to contact them through emails and everything and no response at all. Not really helpful and not recommended at all, only bought it because was a good package deal, but I will gi back to my old jackery

Vivi ——————- I did receive a private email from Customer Service ….. HOWEVER … VTOman DID NOT offer a full refund as mentioned in the above reply. Instead , they asked that I delete my review from trust pilot IN ORDER to receive the refund they promised. I emailed back and told them that this would not be happening. At this point, I’m still waiting to hear back about the promised refund on my faulty products that never worked from the beginning Buyer Beware !! Ben

HORRIBLE. NO RESULT AND PRODUCT DOESN'T WORK AND YOU HAVE NOT FOLLOWED UP

Pedí una estación de energía a Vtoman. La empresa de paqueteria dijo que había intentado entregarla pero no fue así. Cuando la reclamé el servicio de atención al cliente de Vtoman me dijo que no me la pudieron entregar porque mi dirección no aparecía en Google maps. Nunca he tenido ningún problema de entrega con ningún otro pedido. Me devolvieron el importe menos 51,40 € de gastos que me facturaron. También había contratado una protección de envío. La empresa de protección de envío no se hace cargo de este importe y Vtoman ya ni me contesta a mis correos. Mi intención es que la empresa de paqueteria se haga cargo del importe de 51,40 € ya que han sido ellos los que han fallado pero nadie me da una solución. No compréis en Vtoman, su servicio de atención al cliente no se hace cargo de los problemas de envío.

UPDATE: VTOman replied Amazingly !!!!! Unfortunately VTOman's reply, as wordy as it was , does not satisfy the unsatisfactory experience I have encountered. It also does not comply with Australian Consumer Law. And ... The product I purchased .... still does not work !! Vtoman's "return policy" DOES not supersede Australian Consumer Law. Please note Australian Consumer Law It states very plainly that seller (which is you ...VTOman) must abide by these rules in order to sell products to Australian consumers QUOTE: "Businesses can’t take away a consumer's rights The basic rights covered by consumer guarantees can’t be taken away by anything a business says or does. For example, a business can’t take away these basic rights by: displaying a ‘no refunds’ sign, or otherwise saying that refunds are not available at all, or not available at all after a certain number of days saying they aren’t responsible for problems with a product or service suggesting the consumer must sign an extended warranty to avoid losing these basic rights after a certain date. It is against the law for businesses to mislead consumers about their rights in these ways." Vtoman emailed me back and stated that they are adhering to THEIR "policy" of no refunds if it falls after 30 days from the purchase date. (this is also false as I did advise VTOman within the 30 day period) VTOman are therefore ill informed, and operating illegally as they are not abiding by the terms of selling to Australian consumers under Australian Consumer Law. Please note VTOman, the end choice is NOT yours. Purchased a VTOman package Flash speed 1500 with an additional battery & 400w solar panel. Appeared to charge no problem on 240 V … the. used it for the first time two weeks after purchase, and it would not hold charge I used it for 8 days in a row running the same camping items In one night (8pm-7am next morning), my 12V camping fridge and a few LED strip lights drained 85% of both batteries ! Thats 2 batteries … over 3000Wh My old Deep Cycle battery does better than that. Contacted VTOman via email along with multiple videos demonstrating that the products were faulty and not working properly and asked for a refund under the ACL. Waited 7 days for the first response ! Waited 5 days for the second response after my reply. Waited 5 more days for the third response Then I was told that I could NOT get a refund, less than 30days after my purchase ! They wouldn’t call me … I can’t call them. Email correspondence & Customer Service is dismissive & does not abide by there warranty or refund policy All the best getting a solution if you have a problem I happy to discuss this issue on the phone with VTOman … or anyone considering purchasing these products I have videos I can send you. I have had a vtoman flashspeed 1000 for approximately three months traveling around Australia. Last week the inverter smelt like it caught fire and stopped working. I could live with that for awhile as the main usage was to run my 12v fridge. A few days later it stopped accepting a charge and now is a useless brick. Customer support is frustratingly slow and they are refusing to pay for return postage which is illegal here in Australia. I have made complaints to Ebay and the ACCC (the governing body for consumer law here in Australia) which will hopefully force them to honour the warranty.

I can not believe this company is still trading. I purchased a power pack and it stopped working shortly after and Iv been trying ever since to get my money back. They got me to post it back to them and now they just ignore me. It’s been 18 months

Vtoman Jump 2200. Optisch gutes Gerät, jedoch nach 6 Monaten defekt. Nun habe ich es an Vtoman eingeschickt, und seit 3 Monaten bekomme ich über keinen Kanal irgendeine Information über den Verbleib oder den Status der Reparatur. Ich werde nun einen Anwalt einschalten, wohl wissend, dass ich das Gerät trotzdem nie wieder sehen werde. Äusserst unseriös.
