I ordered a flashspeed 1500 ten days…
I ordered a flashspeed 1500 ten days ago. I received a "thank you for your order" email. I checked after a week to see if it had shipped and the order # came up blank re shipping. I emailed and asked if there was an issue and have still never got a response.

You scam me 639.20 in taxes iam a US citizen
I am a United States citizen and was charge 639.20 for 20% tax on my purchase. I have been trying to get my money refunded, look at my first invoice and you will see the 20% tax that I was charged. Stop trying to scam me out of my money give my money back. VTOMAN IS ASCAM WEBSITE YOU CHARGED ME TAX EVEN IF YOU COPY THE WRONG INVOICE. YOU STILL CHARGE ME FOR TAX. YOU CHARGE THE PRICE OF THE GENERATORS PLUS TAX. I WANT MY MONEY REFUNDED TO ME IWILL NOT LET YOU STEAL MY MONEY. Looks like I’ll have to look else were…
Looks like I’ll have to look else were for my power needs, I would not recommend the vtoman power stations for the simple reason, they are not reliable. I am just about to send my third one back after the same issue occurred. Communicating with customer service is a nightmare. I loved the product but it just does do what it says on the tin.

Ask twice over two phone calls to cancel an order and to get a refund and it never happened.

Slow customer support
I received a power station about three weeks ago and it failed on the initial charge. It took 10 days for them to allow me to send the defective unit back. Now we are still waiting for a unit to use almost a month after they took my money.

Vtoman 2200 jump
Just bought a Vtoman 2200 jump with a 220w solar panel. It was fine for the first few days We tried the solar panel in the garden for the first time, and it was charging ok. It got up to 180w in moderate Sun. After about an hour we noticed there was no charge going in! Took the main unit back inside, tried the mains charger and even though the display was working we had no charge going in. Disconnected the unit from the mains and there was no output or display There was 70% charge in at the time but no output! On either ac or dc A Catastrophic failure. Emailed Vtoman 3 days ago and still not had a reply! Not filled with confidence regarding returns procedure Billy

Worst experience ever buying online
Worst experience ever buying online. Sent confirmation for wrong item. No answers phone, email go days without response. Won’t cancel an item before it’s shipped. Stay away from them. I don’t even know if the product is any good since I want to send it back since I cancelled multiple times.

Ich kann nur allen anderen bestätigen, das von vtoman absolut keine Antwort kommt😡. Seit Tagen versuche ich raus zubekommen, weshalb das zweit Paket nicht an GLS übergeben wird. Auf keine Nachfrage eine Antwort. Bis jetzt auch keine vernünftige Rechnung mit Garantie Angaben bekommen, obwohl ich schon vor einer Woche bezahlt habe. Werde nur mit weiteren Angeboten bombardiert
