Jump 1800 charged fine ONCE and no longer takes a charge via solar, AC or vehicle lighter.
100% piece of junk. I have written customer service requesting a full return payment (including solar panel) immediately.
Their customer service has been as bad as their product so I imagine I'm in for a long battle.
I'll return with another update. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY OR PRODUCT-

Was purchased as a gift and if you follow back the trouble I had receiving it you MUST KNOW HOW DISCUSTED I AM to have the recipients return it to me as NON-FUNCTIONAL.
They fully charged and used it once and from hen on IT WON'T TAKE A CHARGE therefore is useless.
They've only recently took it with them camping only to find it will not charge.
Upon bringing it home they tried charging with the solar pane, vehicle lighter & AC (plugging it into the home electrical socket).
NOTHING ! YOU SOLD ME 36 pounds of garbage.
I INSIST YOU GIVE ME A COMPLETE (COMPLETE!) REFUND VIA MY ORIGINAL PAYMENT METHOD IMMEDIATELY!
If you want this garbage returned, provide me with 2 (two) pre-paid shipping labels. One for the junk converter & one for the solar panel which is of NO USE TO ME.
I expect an immediate response.

Die Teile gehen nach kurzer Zeit kaputt und die Rücksendung geht trotz Gewährleistung nur auf eigene Kosten. Die Kommunikation ist unterirdisch. Lasst die Finger von diesem Artikel und carshop2022! Auch nach "versprochener Hilfe" hier über Trustpilot reagiert vtoman nicht. Abhilfe ist also reine Augenwischerei - es steckt nichts dahinter, außer, dass man versucht andern Kunden vorzugaukeln, dass man Helfen würde, sobald Informationen bereitstünden.
Ich kann nur vor einem Kauf von Produkten von vtoman warnen.
Habe am 29 Mai 2024 über eBay im vto offical store ein tragbares 220 Watt Solarpanel vtoman VS gekauft, welches leider bereits defekt ist. Egal wie man versucht diese Firma zu kontaktieren es antwortet niemand. Selbst wenn man direkt an service.eu(at)vtoman.com schreibt absolut null Reaktion. eBay kümmert sich ebenfalls absolut nicht. Angeblich haben sie den Verkäufer auch dort angeschrieben aber ohne Sanktion ist es diesem Verkäufer absolut egal. Hier werden von diesem China Unternehmen die Rechte europäischer Kunden vollkommen missachtet. Besonders dreist ist zudem die Preispolitik verkauft über Amazon diesen Artikel für 399 Euro - 100 Euro Gutschein. Bei eBay der gleiche Artikel 219,99 Euro. Lediglich Preisvorschläge für Neukauf über eBay werden abgegeben. Werde mich an die Verbraucherzentrale wenden vielleicht können die etwas bewirken.

Habe vor einiger Zeit eine Powerstation Jump 1500 gekauft, nach 3 Tagen war diese defekt und ich bat um Zusendung eines Rücksendescheins. Nichts passierte. Nach längerem Warten schalte ich meine Rechtsschutzversicherung ein. Erst jetzt erhielt ich einen Rücksendeschein. Ich sollte das Gerät nach Polen schicken, der liebe Gott weiss, warum. Durch die Sendungsverfolgung konnte ich feststellen, dass das Gerät beim Empfänger angekommen war. Ein neues oder repariertes Gerät habe ich bis heute nicht erhalten. Die Kanzlei hat mir von einer Fortsetzung des Rechtsstreit abgeraten, da der Sitz in China ist, das Gerät selbst aber aus Deutschland versendet wurde. Der Rechtsstreit dauerte mehr als ein halbes Jahr und ich rate daher vom Kauf bei dieser Firma ab. Auch wenn man auf dem Papier verspricht, sich an Deutsche Gesetze zu halten, ich jedenfalls, habe nicht davon gemerkt
