Received glasses that are unwearable. Given no options for return or exchange.

Sorry the glasses didn't work out for you, but we arranged to get them back and have them tested. They were made to specification for your prescription. They are special made prescription lead glasses and there is nothing we can do with the lenses that are made up to your specs.

Ordered a set of polarized prescription…
Ordered a set of polarized prescription sunglasses. They are darker in some spots and lighter in others making me feel dizzy when wearing them. Sent and email and never got a response.

Hi Adam, not sure what email you sent to but I normally respond to all emails immediately. If you can send those glasses back to us with a copy of the order, we will get them inspected to see about the polarized lens issue.
