I Like what I purchased but did not like how long it took to receive it. If this company is really in the US there is no way it would take 6 weeks to get my order.

East to use website, quick delivery. Clothes were true to size charts.

Love my sweater, I was pleasantly surprised with the quality and fit. My only complaint was it took a month to arrive.

Ordering has been fairly good and I would order again. I did find shipping to Canada takes about 2 weeks though so it takes some patience. I have ordered twice from here so far - 4 sweaters. 2 sweaters I loved, and 2 I am currently trying to return as they were a lot thinner than expected. We shall see how it goes with the return process. I hope it doesn’t cost me a lot for shipping since I am not in the States. EDIT: I have now had the chance to deal with their Customer Service regarding a return. While I don’t believe the company is a scam (i love most of the sweaters I got), they certainly want to avoid returns. Responses take days and they give short answers offering me some money back instead of a full refund, but I’d be able to keep my items (which I didn’t want because I don’t like how it looked on me). I offered to exchange for a different item but they only allow for size exchanges. In the end they offered me more money. I was fed up so I just accepted and lo and behold, they responded in under two hours to send me the credit. Not impressed. I may still order items if I see something that I really like and know for sure I want to keep, but I will not buy anything I’m on the fence about. PS says manufactured in North Carolina but I think it comes from an overseas supplier.

I loved the items that I ordered. I was disappointed and totally did not expect how long it took to ship and receive my items. I ordered them in mid November and I didn't get them until the end of December. I would just say be prepared to wait 6-8 weeks for your order to come.

The sweater I ordered took a while to arrive, but I was happy with it. I was looking for an oversized sweater, so order a size larger if needed. Quality was decent, will order through them again.
