Never received order

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! The sweater I received in the mail is not the sweater that I ordered. The one pictured, "Simple Scoop Neck Sweater in Army Green" was exactly what I've been looking for - a lovely soft, muted shade with a boatneck collar - a warm, rich look. What I received was a bright, olive-green crewneck sweater made of thin, cheap knit. I want to kick myself for not reading - and heeding - these reviews before buying. I fell for the old bait & switch. Don't be like me!

My order is over a month old and no arrival as of yet...impossible to contact customer service. I am soooo disappointed. Another scam??

I will NEVER order from this website again. They only allow returns if the garment’s quality is bad, NOT if it doesn’t fit you. The quality wasn’t bad but the customer service is horrible. I also read that it might be a scam. No wonder Amazon is king.

Fabric is not as described on website. Sizing is way off. One XXL fits like a large and the other one is maybe a medium. I was attracted to the vibrant patterns but this is junk.

If you want Kmart quality and very slow delivery then by all means buy from them.
