Bought a dress, too small, asked for an authorised returns label, offers ranging from £10 to £25 and keep the dress! Contacted PayPal who opened a dispute only to have it declined as the company only offer refunds for faulty goods, not advertised that way at all!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS, they’re a disgrace!!

I ordered three items worth $139. None of them fit, and the fabric was not as expected. I asked how to go about returning the items. They first offered me $80 and to keep the items. I said no thank you because they’re no good to me, I would like a full refund. I was told I had to pay for return postage, so I settled on a refund of $110. The next day I see one of their ads on Facebook that states ‘free returns within 30 days’. I messaged them again saying that they lied about the return postage and that they owed me $29. They asked me to return the items so they can give me the full refund and I was told to pay local postage fees. After a lot of emails back and forth, they continue to avoid answering my question as to whether the return postage will also be refunded. I’m still none the wiser. They lied and now avoid dealing with the issue. Very bad, avoid at all cost!

I ordered 4 dresses for $164, and none of them fit well. They did not look like the photos at all in real life. There was no return instructions so I emailed the company. They have offered me $55 and $88 and I can keep the dresses that I don’t want, but not my whole purchase price of $164, deducting the shipping cost. I am totally disappointed and will never order from this company again if they don’t make good on my return at full price minus shipping. I will be notifying PayPal.

I was super disappointed in the dress that I received. Medium is more like a large or even extra large size so it was way to big. Also the fabric was more like the feel of a shower curtain. It says its Tan in colour but all I could see was orange I hope I can return this item with out too much trouble.
