Do not buy from this company!!! Goods arrived too late, one week after my event and when I tried to chase for a delivery date they told me to be patient. They would not provide an authorisation code to return the goods as I had ordered same dress in 3 sizes for a special event. The quality is not as shown in the pictures and will not accept returns. They quote when emailing to return the goods:- We only accept returns and exchanges for quality problems(damage). This is not advertised on their website, it states free returns in 30 days and free shipping. I have had to go through Barclaycard to try and obtain a refund. They are scammers!!

The dress looked nothing like the one advertised.

Very poor quality item, nothing like listing in colour or cut. Material cheap. Tried to return and they bartered with me to keep it but I would not have eorn it. They repeatedly bartered and for my own time and sanity, I eventually accepted. Think carefully before ordering.

Not at all like pictures, terrible quality, no glitter just paint, small size, did not check Trustpilot before, now i regret I did not, can see it is not possible to get money back. 56$ thrown away...

The dress took over 6 weeks to arrive. It is very low quality and nothing like the website picture. It doesnt fit either. I have requested to return it to receive a full refund ($44.95 USD) and they offered $5 USD when I didnt accept they increased the offer twice to only 50% of the original price. I have asked my bank to investigate. The website states free returns for 30 days. They said to me that the return centre is in Dubai and not worth the cost of returning. I feel that I have been scammed. Don't purchase from this website.

Don't buy from this company!!! I ordered 2 dresses neither fitted and 1 was nothing like the picture! Tried to return but told no & only got offered half refund am asking my bank to investigate fraud.

Avoid! Only got 50% refund and the material was awful! Requested to return as per the website returns policy and they refused

The dress is awful, I will never be able to wear it. Nothing like it was advertised as. I only managed to get 50%of my money back. The company is a total sham. I am furious.
