I bought a portable A/C unit of theirs from Amazon. It was a great price so I gave it a shot. The unit worked fantastic for about 6 months until it started leaking water on the floor. I reached out to Vremi customer support and honestly figured I wouldn't even hear anything back from them (Like most companies these days). To my surprise they responded very quickly and after a quick diagnosis they deemed I had a faulty unit and offered me a replacement. FREE OF CHARGE - NO Shipping costs, etc. There was no arguing, mean emails, etc... They just stood behind their product which is amazing to me. I understand all products are susceptible to problems, it is how the company handles them when they arise. Vremi made it right without any hassle and I will be a customer for life for that. Thank you!
