I placed an order 6 days ago for an item thats stated as being "in stock" and havent recieved a tracking number at all! I email and have tried calling VRSF and still no response. I understamd shipping takes time but 6 days and still no tracking number is ridiculous. Will not plan on making future orders from this company.

Took about a month to get my product shipped out!! Very horrible on timing, and took forever to reply when I asked them were my 100011418 test pipe was.. Overal bad experience

They advertise items as in-stock only to notify 6 days later that the item is on short-back order to ship in 2 weeks. Site still shows in-stock! On the plus side, they were quick to refund payment, but that hardly compensates for 6 days of lost shop time for parts already expected to be under way! Fortunately Summit does have the same item stocked & ships SAME DAY plus they matched the price! WARNING TO BUYERS- Call to confirm in stock ready to ship before ordering. Otherwise there are more reputable chains willing to match their pricing!!! Time is money & 6 days of lost shipping time is hardly worth the floorspace which could be used by other customers!!!

I have emailed and called them for almost TEN times. I still cannot get any responses so far. Horrible service!!! Don't buy anything from this company!
