There inventory is out of count. Been waiting for 21 days and counting for my stuff. They keep emailing me with the same information every week. It will take two weeks for our back orders to arrive. They won’t send you email or any kind of information if you don’t ask. When I order the stuff it says I will receive them in 5 days but been waiting for 21 days. 🤦🏽‍♂️🤦🏽‍♂️🤦🏽‍♂️ Ridiculous.

This company is a scam. I never received my product or got a refund. I have countless emails of trying to communicate with this merchant and have been ignored so now I'm out of 1000 dollars.

I've placed an order in almost a month ago- one of everything they had available for an n54. Everything was IN STOCK when I placed it on order. A week after ordering I have yet to receive a tracking order so I made contact "by email only" since there is no phone number to call, and their response was that one part of my order (fmic) would be shipped out that following week and the other part would be 3 weeks out. Fast forward 2 weeks after the last email and have yet to receive a tracking number and again now waiting for yet another email (which I am guessing will end with another excuse on their part) but I hope for the best and plan for the worst as how thier response will determine on if I file a complaint on them with my PayPal and post all of my corrisponding emails from them. I have learned from this: dont buy from someone you cant speak to directly so you can tell them NOT to charge you UNTIL you have a tracking number to give back, also know to buy from a reputable company to by pass such shady business practices.

Placed two orders a week and a half ago. I was sent a tracking number stating that the parts from one order would arrive five days later. The parts didn't show up, so I emailed them four times. I never got a response until I told them I wanted a refund and even that response was crap. He told me they took a four day weekend off and I had to wait another day for the status! This morning I received an email stating that half the parts I ordered were out of stock. The FMIC was six weeks out, the DCIs were one week out, and the inlets were three weeks out! The parts showed "In Stock" when I ordered them. I was issued a refund for one order (I told them if they didn't refund my money, I would contact my bank), yet that is after wasting a week and a half of my time and claiming the parts were on there way over a week ago. The second order was totally overlooked and still says "processing". Now I have to wait for them to refund me that money as well. If not, I will have my bank do it. They don't post their phone number (the numbers you can find online always go to voicemail) so you have to sit around and wait for an email response while they already have your money. Also, notice that ALL of their reviews are positive on their website. That's because they approve the reviews before they allow them to be posted. That is extremely shady!

Won't buy or deal with these guys again. Parts would not ship to the location I requested. After receiving there were no instructions just a lot pieces and guessing. Fitment was a whole other issue, parts were extremely difficult to get in correctly and lined up, even being performed at a professional BMW race and repair facility. All said and done had an inter-cooler I did not end up using and they would not accept any returns for a brand new part still in the box. Terrible customer service after the fact and looking to just get rid of everything I got from them all together.

I placed an order on Sunday. Based on options on their site, I requested the item to be shipped to my place of work. Next day I received an email that they only send to billing address, which is fine. I was informed it will be shipped. I contacted them afterwards for tracking and status, no reply since !!! And this was suppose to be 3-5 day shipping. Tomorrow is Friday being the 5th day, yet have not received any emails from them !!!

I order a part from vrsf and went two week without a tracking number. After a few email back and forth and still not getting a tracking number I filed a claim against them after I tried to resolve the problem. They email back saying the had the package turned around. I called FedEx before I filed a claim and FedEx had nothing. They sent me a email saying not to order from them in the future. I wouldn't give them my money after the service they gave me and they say they have a 5 star on shipping and service. Bad service and not a good company to tell you not to order in the future.

I bought an intake, installed it, tested it, and got terrible gas mileage. Obviously I don't want to keep it but they "can't accept returns on used products." So don't buy anything you don't want to keep forever.
