Absolutely wonderful experience!!
This was my first experience from VR-Speed Factory and it won't be my last. They have some of the best customer service I've seen in a long time. I ordered a part for my car, I was contacted a day later about the product not being available anymore. I was offered to upgrade to the newest product for their cost. AMAZING!!! I not only received a better product but got it for cheaper than anywhere else. I will definitely be ordering from this company again. Great service, cheap prices, and fast shipping!!! Great overall experience!!!

Even tho it took a while for me to reccieve the intercooler its was so worth it the intercooler was exelent quality everything fit perfetly i am very satified! Thank yoi so much!

Easy, fast delivery
Ordered the wrong K&N filter but that was my fault anyway. VRSF sent consistent notifications regarding my order placement and shipment. Item came in perfect condition and faster than I expected too. No complaints, great company to order parts from.

Excellent communication, great products
I ordered a front mount intercooler kit for my DSM, and after ordering was told they were on backorder. VRSF communicated with me well via email during my two-week wait, and I received my kit. Upon inspection, the kit is very high quality at a bargain price. I'm still waiting on my j-pipe to be shipped as it was also on backorder, but I have no doubt that VRSF will come through as we remain in contact with each other. I highly recommend this company!
