this company should be out of business with how poor they run there business they wont respond or refund money back..its been 4 weeks now waiting for a simple intercooler , ive called bbb and made a claim against them useless .

SCAMMERS! LIARS! Do NOT send money to VRSF, they lied about product availability on their website - now 1 month later, they have NOT shipped the product or refunded my money. Filled a complaint with BBB for misleading customers on product availability and not refunding customer's money. Not sure what VRSF means by "valuing high customer satisfaction", because they are nothing short of THIEVES at this point. It's been over 1 month - refund my money!!!

Completely irresponsible for defective products and shixx customer services!

I bought a downpipe and a V-Band Clamp for my BMW f30 328i. It came and was well packaged; however, I am missing the V-Band Clamp. All I can say is that the customer service is absolutely awful. The products seems great; however, they did not include all the parts I was supposed to get and I can not have it put on the car without this part. This company refuses to answer me. It is very frustrating and rude to have someone pay about $300 and not receive the products I paid for. I have waited well over 2 weeks and have not received a response or my products. So I decided I would just order the part again and all I have received is an order confirmation. It’s been 11 days since I purchased it and I have not received any emails about it getting shipped or processed. Who knows if I will even get it. I am writing this review so that you don’t waste your money.

Fitment of products is virtually worse than Ebay quality with the customer service of a pissy mcdonalds employee. They'll give you the run around until the 30 days on their return policy is up, then tell you that you're out of luck. Don't waste your time or money on their products. It's all trash. Better hope you order the correct piece the first time and that they actually send you the correct piece as well. HUGE waste of money

Horrible customer service!!! Horrible product!!! Nothing fits, and the argued against my credit card company so I was stuck with a defective product... SCAM ARTIST!!! DO NOT BUY!!! They can make the effort into arguing with my credit card company, but not respond to emails to return the product!!!

VRSF are the biggest scam!! Terrible customer service, I bought a part last week and it doesn't match the description online. Therefore, I wanted to return it and there's literally no number to call and I even sent them three emails and submitted two claims and no one has gotten back to me until now (a week later). Be-careful when buying from them, there's no turning back.
