Surpassed Expectations!!
Order Number: 9453 I ordered a K&N cold air intake for my truck, I choose to order from VR-Speed because they had by far the best prices! The day after I placed my orderI recieved an email saying the my item was backordered and would take a couple weeks. I decided to go ahead with the order raher than cancel it and look elsewhere, since they were the cheapest! They the offered to send the item via expedited shipping for free once it was in stock a week later I awoke to see an email updating my order status to "shipped", I then went outside to pick up the newspaper and the package was already sitting there!!!! Talk about expedited shipping!! Not only did the item not take the expected 2wks, but it arrived only hours after being shipped!! Great Service!!
