Really just horrible company. They don't pay attention to their stock. Ive had 3 orders refunded because they can't keep track of whats in stock. Just awful customer service. Wait a week for a reply. Wish this scam ass company didn't monopolize the market. They should be shut down.

Ordered downpipes for the #n54 #bmw . Because of some mishap the shipped items got returned, not their fault but... Sent them a mail explaining what happened and asked if they could reship. Because of how the vrsf order system works they could not, but they where going to refund after deducting an amount because of the shipping. Now 1 month later still haven't received a refund or a reply to my mail about said refund.

I bought a downpipe, gasket and v-band clamp. I only received the downpipe and gasket. Contacted them about not receiving the v-band clamp 2 weeks ago and the customer support wanted pictures of my order and invoice, so immediately took pictures of everything I received and sent it back to them. Customer support then passed it on to some shipping manager and I have yet to hear anything. Tried emailing customer support again and heard nothing. So went through their website to the contact us again and was then told not to open another ticket on this problem. Well here we are 2 weeks later and I still haven't heard anything from them. I was going to buy a intercooler from them as well, but I am not going to purchase anything from vrsf again after this experience

Poorly manufactured down pipe. I purchased two down pipes for my bmw with the n26 motor. Both downpipes were defective and they refused to give me a refund. The customer service is extremely poor. It take days to hear from them if they even reply. Even after sending in multiple pictures and videos of the defective parts and returning them they still didn't issue a refund. They didn't even offer to give me store credit. Do not buy their products it's not worth the frustration.

Ordered some N54 downpipes from here, they took 2 months to arrive due to production delays. When I tried to fit them it became obvious that the flange was angled wrong due to an alignment defect with the rear pipe. The seller initially admitted that a new pipe would be needed but then stopped communicating. Had to go via PayPal to get a refund as seller ignored all communications.

I ordered this product on Nov. 4, 2020, when it wasn’t back ordered, and have yet to receive it. I have gotten 3 different ETAs or product arrival and two messages from FedEx saying shipping information was received, but FedEx never received the product. I reached to customer service and asked for ETAs and never got a straight answer. I also inquired about the compatibility of the product with my car and was told twice that the technical experts would contact me. That has not happened. Customer support has been pretty much useless and it has been almost a month since I ordered an in-stock product.

I bought an intake, installed it, tested it, and got terrible gas mileage. Obviously I don't want to keep it but they "can't accept returns on used products." So don't buy anything you don't want to keep forever.
