Order 100006897 The order arrived in a decent amount of time considering the part that I ordered. I liked how it well itwas packaged when it arrived. Everything was in their own individual packaging inside of bubble wrap instead of just clinging parts. Overall I give 4stars

Honestly thought that i wasn't going to receive a confirmation email. But just as i was about to cancel my order, i received that it was shipped. Overall thoughts.. Just be patient. Now we play the waiting game. Invoice ID: 100006022

Order #100005561. I ordered the AP hard inlet pipe for my WRX. I thought I ordered the 3 inch coupler version but the site was kinda confusing (4 stars) but received the 2.5 inch coupler. So I emailed that night and they still responded after hours to send me the return address and tell me exactly what to do. I emailed back with a reorder and asked to make sure that I ordered the correct one the second time around. Again they responded immediately to tell me they will make sure. Awesome prices and awesome customer service.

Dear Kenneth Winchester Owner, VR Speed Factory This is to let you know how pleased we were with our recent order #100004346 placed on Oct. 18, 2013. The Husky car liners are as specified and fit perfectly in our new car. They arrived in a matter of days and the price was less expensive than every source we checked. We were a little hesitant to order from a website without contact info, but are pleasantly surprised with the service. We would order from you again! Sincerely, Robert Seemar

I am order number 100003803, I place it 2 days ago, but I'm assuming they were backed up with orders from the weekend, so it wasn't processed until today... I was mildly irritate until I noticed that I received a free upgrade from UPS ground to 2nd day Air!!! Day made. Definitely shopping @VRSF again. Especially with the "free shipping if its over $100" message plastered on their site. Ill be back :)

I was happy with the prices...though I was unhappy when it took 2 days to process my order when I needed overnight shipping and paid that extra buck and now won't be getting my part till tuesday. Overall not a horrible experience, but not perfect.
