VR Speed FactoryReviews of vr-speed.com

Super great customer service and replies were quick. I would recommend this to my friends. They are easy to work with and willing to provide all answers needed.

Amazing!! I placed my order Friday, sent an email over the weekend concerning shipping. I got a response early Monday morning, he shipped my down pipes via FedEx when I only paid for USPS and informed me he was waiting for the other parts, cool. Because of my previous experiences with other vendors I sent off another couple emails concerning when they would arrive and how they would be shipped. He replies to me a couple hours later saying they are being shipped ups straight from the supplier in order to get them to me faster! My jaw almost hit the floor, it was not the response you would typically get anywhere else. What a great experience, I have never once ran into better customer service and personal attention from a vendor. This is exceptional, and why I am writing this review. I will whole heartedly suggest this vendor to anyone I encounter. Order#: I feel like vr-speed.com needs a tip option in the checkout!

These guys help the customer out. They saw my billing address and shipping where different and contacted me away. They saw I was military and got my shipment to me with no problem. I'm happy with the serivce and can't wait to get my parts!!! Thanks again!

I would recommend VR speed factory. They had fast shipping and the products were sent in very good packaging to make sure they aren't damaged. Thanks guys! David carroll Order #1Z86827E0246701136

My son wanted Tein springs for his birthday. I live in Florida, he lives in Ohio for college. There was some issue with the credot card billing address not being the same as the shipping address. O was notified of the issue via email the same day I placed the order. Within hours the customer service personnel took ownership of the issue and fixed it. Also, these springs were in stock and priced lower than any other supplier. Did I mention the free shippong to home? I'm very satisfied and will order again from them. Kim Kircher 1Z4XR0770356983729

Great company fast delivery and low prices

The website is laid out perfectly. It was easy to find the product I was interested in, and the checkout process, although not ground breaking, was what you would expect and worked well enough. I was notified quickly of my invoice number, and have gotten updates on tracking information as necessary. Very happy with the site, and service.
